1. Cabinet Policy
Please note that any cabinet order requires a 10-week production time after the 50% deposit is being paid and 50% when ready to ship to the site.
This estimate is only valid for 90 days after receiving the price. This estimate is based on the current approvals; any change or revision may result in a price adjustment. Due to instability in the supply chain and frequent material cost changes, this proposal is subject to change without notice, final pricing will be confirmed on the supply agreement. installation is not included. Price is subject to change if verified dimensions or designs change.
2. Countertop Policy
Countertops lead times may vary and order requires a 50% deposit for templating and fabricating. The remaining 50% when ready to deliver and install.

3. Return Policy - Materials
All Material purchases are subject to a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery or pick up. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition installed items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Once a product has been installed, altered, or used, it is considered accepted by the client. When special order items, custom finishes, discontinued products, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable. Shipping, handling, and delivery fees are nonrefundable. Any approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as determined by the manufacturer or supplier.
